In this hands-on session, participants will learn how to make this creamy, flavorful dish — a staple in Brazilian homes — with two delicious options: Traditional Chicken Strogonoff and Vegetarian “Chicken” Strogonoff. After cooking together, we’ll share the dishes by donating the meals to our community as a Thanksgiving-inspired act of kindness and gratitude. It’s the perfect way to celebrate culture, connection, and giving back — all in one event. No cooking experience needed — just bring your curiosity, your smile, and your appetite for good food and community! Hosted by Cultural Life Center in partnership with ACES and the Civic Leadership Office.

Please join Cyan Corwine, Angela Graves, Michael Colomaio, and Jeff Sittu for questions and audience discussion immediately following the documentary.
