Muslim Student Association Interest Meeting

The Cultural Life Center is conducting a reach out to students in the Muslim community who would be interested in starting a Muslim student-focused club. The temporary name for the club is The Muslim Student Association or MSA for short. The goal of this club is to provide a space where Muslims can assemble for prayer, community, charity work, and information about Islam. The club would also help inform other students about Islam and Muslims and work towards dispelling all misconceptions about Islam in the community.

These are just ideas, and the purpose and function of the club would be up to the founding club members. If you are interested in participating in this endeavor please reach out to Desmond Davis: DavisDD@alfredstate.edu in The Cultural Life Center SLC Suite  401 P: (607) 587-4047
