Student Leadership Center and Pioneer Center Building Hours for Winter Break
Here are the updated hours for the SLC and Pioneer Center from December 13-January 10.
Student Leadership Center:
Monday- Friday: 6:30am – 5pm
Saturday and Sunday: 8am – 2pm
Saturday, January 11: Resume to normal hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 6:30am-11pm
- Friday-Sunday: 6:30am-12am
Pioneer Center:
Monday- Friday: 8am – 4pm
Saturday and Sunday: Closed
Saturday, January 11: Resume to normal hours:
- Monday-Sunday: 8am-11pm
Health and Wellness Services- Winter Break Operations
Health and Wellness Services will not have a medical provider or counselor over winter break to be able to see students.
In the event of an emergency, please call 911 or University Police at 607-587-3999.
Urgent Care Location and Hours:
o St. James Urgent Care in Hornell (open 10:00AM-8:00PM daily)
o Jones Memorial Urgent Care in Wellsville (open 11:00AM-7:00PM daily)

Deadline for Meal Plan Changes!
Need to make a change in your Meal Plan for the Spring Semester? This MUST be done when processing your Spring Bill.
The LAST day to change your Meal Plan: Friday, January 17th, 2025.

2. CONFIRM: Confirm your Housing & Meal Plan. *Click on “Choose Housing and Meal Plan to verify your Housing and choose your Meal Plan.
CSA:
LOG IN: my.AlfredState.edu/finances *Click on “Make Optional Bill Selections” to add any non-institutional fees (vehicle registration, graduation fee, and CAMPUS SPENDING ACCOUNT).

Megabus is offering non-stop bus services to New York City and Alfred for Winter break. Dates and times of bus travel are listed below!
To New York City:
Departing from Orvis Activities Center or West University St on the following dates and times:
Thursday, December 12 at 2:45 p.m.
Friday, December 13 at 7:45 a.m.
Sunday, December 15 at 7:45 a.m.
To Alfred, NY
Friday, January 17, 2025 departing from Port Authority at 10:15am
Sunday, January 19, 2025 departing from Port Authority at 10:15am

Alternate bus options are available through https://trailways.com. Please note that Trailways bus leaves from Hornell, NY and you will need to find transportation to the bus station.
Rochester Airport Shuttle
Depart Alfred Saturday, December 14 at 6am
Return trip departs Rochester Airport Friday, January 17 at 5pm
Requests for Airport Shuttle must be to the Rochester Airport and students will have to fill out the Online travel request form for both their trips to and from the airport.
