SANTA PAWS NEEDS YOUR HELP!

The Vet Tech Club and their Opt to Adopt Suite are holding a Santa Paws event starting now and going through finals week.  This year we are supporting the Hornell Humane Society who we have been working with all semester.  Help us help the animals by donating cleaning supplies, paper towels, toys, special treats…we will make sure everything makes it to them!

We are holding a special donation day Monday November 21, from 10:00 to 2:00 at the Student Leadership Center.

Can’t make it then?  You can also drop items at the Leadership Suite for Opt to Adopt (right next to the climbing wall) or at the offices of Professors Kathy Bliss (Ag 303) or Meghan Smith (Ag 304). REMEMBER: We will be accepting donations through the end of finals week!!!

SNAP pre-screening Announcement

Are you SNAP eligible? Take our pre-screening to find out more!

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) can be a valuable resource for those who qualify!  We do not want any of our students going hungry and are working with a community partner to help identify and support students through the application process who may qualify for SNAP. If you are curious to see if you may qualify for SNAP, please complete our SNAP Pre-Screening Eligibility Form.  This form has been created to identify potentially eligible students and guide them to the next steps in a review process. Once we have conducted an initial review of potentially eligible students, we will schedule a workshop with our community partner to help walk through the next steps. In addition, we want to remind you that ThePLATE (campus food pantry) is available for all our students and you can requests can be submitted by completing the campus food pantry assistance form.
