Homecoming Spirit Week!
🎉 Get Ready for Homecoming Spirit Week 2025! 🎉
It’s time to bring the energy, show your pride, and celebrate what makes our school amazing! Every day next week has a fun theme—and spirit points are on the line for every person who participates. Let’s break it down:
Monday – Pajama Day
Why get dressed when you can stay cozy? Come to school in your favorite (school-appropriate) pajamas.
Tuesday – Twin Day
Grab a buddy and match it up! Whether you’re identical or hilarious opposites, show off your twinning skills.
Wednesday – Wear Pink
"On Wednesday's we wear pink"
Thursday – Be Your Own Meme / Wear Your Flag Day
Get creative!
- Dress as your favorite meme or viral moment (keep it respectful!)
- OR represent your culture by wearing your flag or traditional clothing.
Either way—bring the personality and pride!
Friday – Spirit Day
We’re ending the week strong with Spirit Day! Rock your school colors, jerseys, gear—anything that shows off your school pride!

Updated CDC COVID-19 & Upper Respiratory Illness Guidelines
As we head into Flu, COVID-19, & RSV Season, here are some updated guidelines from the CDC. These are the guidelines that Health and Wellness Services refer students to in the event of a positive Flu, Covid-19, or RSV test. No notes or excuses will be provided for the absence of class.
If you get sick, these are the two steps the CDC recommends following.
"Step 1: Stay At Home
The CDC recommends staying home until your symptoms are getting better AND you have not had a fever for 24 hours without the use of medication.
Step 2: Resume Normal Activities and use added prevention strategies over the next five days
This includes wearing a mask, social distancing, and practicing good hygiene. Seek medical attention as needed. This lowers the risk of spreading respiratory viruses to others." (CDC's Updated Respiratory Virus Guidance: What to Do When You Are Sick | NCIRD | CDC)
Health and Wellness Services is available by appointment to see and evaluate students for upper respiratory illnesses. Please call (607)587-4200 to schedule an appointment
