Religious Freedom Panel: Constitutional framing and the intersectionality of faith and civic life

Join the Cultural Life Center, Center for Civic Leadership, and Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences on Wednesday, October 9th at 5 pm in the Small Events Space (SLC 310) for a panel discussion where we will review how freedom of religion and separation of church and state are framed within the context of our constitution. We will then hear from practitioner's representative of different faith identities as we explore the intersectionality between those identities and civic life. Together we will dialogue about our current political climate as we explore personhood, privilege, persecution and our collective roles in building community.  Snacks and voter registration information will be available!
