Student Announce May 6, 2025

Move Out - Mega Drive Collection

As you are packing up for the end of this academic year, the annual Mega Drive collection of clothing, electronics, furniture, rugs, school supplies, and anything else in usable condition is occurring in boxes located outside of the Resident Hall administration offices.  Would you please consider donating quality items toward this initiative rather than placing them in a dumpster?

All items will be sorted and then offered for sale during Welcome Week on Wednesday, August 20th with proceeds funding the ReClaim Mega Sale Endowment Scholarship.

Concluding your journey at Alfred State? Update your Voter Registration Information

The Center for Civic Leadership offers big congratulations to our soon to be graduates and wants to remind any who are concluding their journey with Alfred State to double check your voter registration status and make sure you update it to properly reflect where you wish to be registered to vote. As a reminder, we have  Voter Registration  resources available to all students in your portal. If you are not sure if you are registered to vote, you can also use our online resources to Check your Registration Status, Research your Ballot, or Find your Polling Place.  People tend to pay attention to national elections and forget about what is happening on a local level. We encourage all you eligible voters, to get registered and stay engaged in your local communities.

To all students, we wish you a safe, enjoyable, and fulfilling summer!
