Reminder: Parking lots 19, 20, 20A, 21, and 22 (near Pioneer Stadium & Orvis) remain closed through Saturday.

Weekend Faculty/Staff Parking Exception: Students may park in Faculty and Staff spaces after 4:00 PM on Friday, September 25th for this weekend only.

All student vehicles must be moved back into designated STUDENT parking by 7:00 AM on Monday morning.

Vehicles that remain in closed parking lots, or re-enter after the closing time are subject to enforcement up to and including towing at the owner's expense.

The Mobile Learning Lab will be set up in Orvis lot 19 for Homecoming 2026 from 11-2pm. Look for our trailer near the basket raffle.

Come get school spirit ready for the game by:

• Making an ASC pin
• Making an ASC noise maker

Bring your family and friends by for some fun activities:

• Portrait painting swap (pick a partner, paint their portrait, and then reveal)
• Make a straw rocket and launch it
• Make Lava Monster- see if oil and water mix.

All activities are free and available while supplies last.

Women wrestle, and so can you…even if you’ve never wrestled before. Are you courageous? Dedicated? Passionate? The women’s wrestling team hopes to find a few more brave ladies to try wrestling, and you might be a great fit. This is your chance to make history and play an NCAA DIII sport with no experience required. If you already like the gym, enjoy learning about nutrition, and are competitive, reach out to Coach Laine ((425) 321-9667, Kermoaml@alfredstate.edu) to see what it’d look like to be a woman wrestler for Alfred State.

Refunding for the Fall 2026 semester has begun.  Students who have enrolled in e-Refund need not take any additional steps.  

If you have not already done so, you can enroll in e-Refund by visiting my.AlfredState.edu/Finances and selecting Step 3 – Pay your Bill through Nelnet, followed by Manage Refunds. This is the fastest and most convenient way to receive your refund!

For students who do not enroll in e-Refund, checks are mailed to the address on file.   

Please Note: Refunds are based on enrollment status.  Students enrolled in part of term courses, may not see their full refund available until participation has begun in 12 credit hours for the semester. Additionally, Refunds may be issued as funds are received and as a result students may receive multiple refunds throughout the semester.

With poetry and commentary that offers deep and brave insight into the complexity of the human soul, Bob Dylan inspired generations around the world to more closely examine longstanding power structures, mainstream moral and religious attitudes, universal values and the delicate components of human dignity. This program features imaginative rearrangements of Dylan's music and an array of world-class performers. It tracks Dylan's career through a narrative focusing on his social, spiritual and theological searches.

The concert will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday. September 27, 2026 at Miller Auditorium on the Alfred University campus. Admission is free. The show features international artists Gabrielle Stravelli (vocals), Dan Nadel (guitars, music direction), Hagar Ben-Ari (bass), and Yuval Lion (drums). The event is sponsored by Hillel at Alfred.
