Religious Freedom Discussion: Practicing Faith in a Fractured World

Join the Cultural Life Center and Center for Civic Leadership for a candid discussion about intersections of faith, identity and politics on Wednesday, February 25th from 5-6 pm in the Small Events Space. Together we will explore tensions related to our current political climate as it impacts various religious groups and communities and how faith can be a source of hope in a deeply divided and increasingly fractured world. Regardless of your ability to stop into one of our campus events, we encourage you to take some time to learn more about the Sustainable Development Goals and learn more about ways you can take action on a local and global level.

This year, we are grateful to collaborate with campus partners to host a couple of engaging programs in alignment with the global Goals and invite you to stop by any or all the activities planned. If you would like to know more about any of these events or want to offer extra credit to students who engage in the learning, please contact Cyan Corwine at corwincy@alfredstate.edu or through civicengagement@alfredstate.edu
