We enjoy seeing Faculty and Staff interacting and welcoming our new incoming students to Alfred State College.

Faculty/staff should register your vehicle online. All permits (hangtags) will be mailed to your department’s campus address. The registration fee remains $5 per employee. 

Please register through  My.AlfredState.edu and select:

The Parking Card - click on the Vehicle Registration link

Once registered, your permit will be mailed through campus mail to your department’s address. *Please make sure your campus address is up-to-date. If it is not, please contact HR to make necessary changes.

This process may take a couple of weeks before you receive your permit in the campus mail. The permit can be switched between vehicles that only you drive to campus. They are not to be shared with other individuals to serve as their registration. You may contact University Police for an additional permit for special circumstances at 3999 for arrangements on obtaining it. 

* If for some reason you are not able to pay online, you may pay at Student Records and Financial Services, bring your receipt to the University Police Department, complete a Vehicle Parking Registration Form and we will issue your permit at that time.

The women's wrestling team is in need of an assistant coach. In this role an individual would support the operations of the program, including attending practices and competitions, offering academic guidance, and working with athletes during their time at Alfred. No wrestling experience needed, but combat or competitive sport experience preferred. We'll teach you what you need to know about women's wrestling. Time commitment is flexible. Stipend offered. Please note that the video wall located in the Student Leadership Center (SLC) Park Space is currently out of service.

We are actively evaluating the issue and investigating potential solutions; however, due to the nature of the failure and age of the system, restoration may take a while. Given this, at this time, we do not have an estimated timeline for restoration. If your planned event in the Park Space requires use of the video wall, please contact Instructional Technologies to discuss a potential alternative prior to scheduling your event, or refrain from scheduling the space. Events that do not depend on the video wall can continue as planned.
