Employee Housing Process

Effective July 1, 2026, our employee housing process will change, including an increase in rental rates. A new revocable permit will be required for each time an employee would like to use our housing facilities; The link for making a housing request can be found here, Employee Housing Request in the new employee housing portal through the eResLife platform. After clicking the link for Employee Housing Request, you will navigate to the left pane to access the form under Forms. 

After accessing the portal page to make the request, availability is confirmed and the correct documentation is filled out and signed; payments can be made by check or cash in the Business Affairs office or in SRFS for those preferring to use a credit/debit card. 

As a reminder, campus housing is intended as a temporary option for new or existing employees while they secure permanent housing, and the tiered pricing structure is designed to support turnover and availability for incoming staff.
